how it works
- Admin creates a cycle with a title, metric, start/end, and a pre-funded OILX pool.
- Play naturally during the window — the indexer scores your production / refinery / uptime / etc.
- After the end time, admin finalizes with the ranked winners + amounts. Claim anytime after.
- Residual pool (rounding, unclaimed slots) can be swept by the admin — no automatic re-emission.
