how it works

- Coverage is locked at insure time, so later policy changes do not re-price existing coverage.
- You can insure each event instance once. Claim is allowed once the event's
endsAthas passed. - Payouts are funded from the contract's OILX balance. Premiums flow into the same pool, and the owner can top up.
