how it works
- Admin declares a project with a region, OILX target, and post-activation duration.
- Any player contributes OILX — funds flow straight to Treasury and cap at the target.
- Once the target is hit, the project auto-activates for its declared window.
- Contributions are non-refundable. Admin can cancel before activation if a project is abandoned.
